Bike Riding
So for those of you that don't know, i've been battling weight for most of my life. Its not a big thing, but its something that is realy hard to lose for me and my family becuase it only runs in our family. Its called "the bishop belly." Every girl in our family has it, my mom even had it when she was younger. Well, if we dont take care of it, it will grow(we will gain weight, just in our stomachs) So now, since i didn't take care of it that well, it looks like im pregnant, nothing fits me normally. So now that im considered 40lbs overweight, i am determined to lose it all by the end of the summer. I have 2 weddings that im attending this smmer that I'll be bridesmaids in and i want to look good in them. So my goal is to lose the first 20lbs by the first wedding on June 25th, then lose the second 20lbs by the second wedding, August 20th. It has been really hard to lose weight for me my whole life for a few reasons: #1: I get tempted easily, so working at McDonalds is a big temptation and i deal with it everyday. #2: we have been blessed with not so good metabolism, so everything we eat, it shows, and i love junk food. And there is more reasons but i won't list them all. So the one big thing that i have found that has been really fun lately is riding my bike. I ride it work everyday, and have been doing that for 2 weeks now, i havent seen any progress yet, as far as my weight is concerned, but im still trying. This is the one thing that I'm not going to give up on. And i plan on playing ultimate frisbee this summer again. So now that i have my excercise for the day, i just need to work on my eating and what i eat. Any suggestions? I think this is going to work because i have a wonderful husband who is behind me on this all the way to the end. So by the time i start school in the fall, i plan on being in a size 3 or 5 pant size, and to be 115 to 125lbs. Wish me luck!!

HI!! That's so great what you are trying to do!! My family, well some of them have had weight problems our whole lives. I've never really had problems until I started having children, go figure. Well the things that helped me lose weight from having my children is just eating fresh fruits and vegies all day and drinking water (tons of water) and then for dinner I eat whatever but I don't eat until I'm full I eat until I'm not hungry anymore. I try to only eat white meat and fish. I dropped all my weight by doing that and I also have a Beach Body Slim in 6 that I do. Then I move on to the P90X program. I just barely started the P90X but I'm also breastfeeding so I have to maintain calories. There's this really good website. www.sparkpeople.com that had also helped me! Good luck!!!!!!
